A Resilience Manager Position
Description:
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Resilience Manager. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving and executing enterprise risk management and business continuity management activities to strengthen organizational resilience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support planning and implementation of operational enhancements.
- Assist in organization-wide cycle activities, including framework review, risk assessments, training, testing, and crisis management plan maintenance.
- Develop partnerships with divisional representatives for reporting and mitigation measures.
- Support training and community engagement campaigns.
- Assist with other related activities as needed.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in business continuity management, corporate governance, or operational excellence programs.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Lists, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Confident, adaptable, and team-oriented with a positive learning attitude.
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Basic knowledge of ERM and BCM standards such as ISO 31000, ISO 22301.
- Certifications like CBCP, CBCI, CRISC, CRMP are advantageous.
