This individual will be responsible for ensuring the institution’s long-term operational resilience, with a particular focus on business continuity, crisis management, disaster recovery, and strategic operational risk management.

About Our Client:
Our client is a prominent regional wholesale bank with a strong presence across Asia. This role presents an outstanding opportunity to be part of the Operational Resiliency team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the institution’s long-term operational resilience, with a particular focus on business continuity, crisis management, disaster recovery, and strategic operational risk management.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Operational Resiliency & Business Continuity**:Lead the development and implementation of strategies for business continuity and operational resiliency to ensure the organization can withstand and recover from disruptions.
- **Crisis Management & Forward Planning**:Oversee crisis management and disaster recovery initiatives while driving forward-looking strategies for risk mitigation and operational resilience.
- **Stakeholder Engagement & Strategic Leadership**: Collaborate with various stakeholders to execute operational resiliency plans and foster a proactive risk management culture.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**:Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- **Experience**:8 - 15 years of experience in operational resiliency, business continuity, or risk resilience, in bank or FI.
- **Skills**:Strong leadership capabilities, a strategic mindset, and the ability to effectively manage crises while fostering a resilient organizational culture. Proven experience in stakeholder management and execution of risk and operational strategies.
