We are seeking a highly skilled Business Continuity Manager to join our team. As a Business Continuity Manager, you will play a critical role in driving and executing enterprise risk management and business continuity management activities to strengthen organizational resilience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the planning and implementation of CRO operational enhancements. This includes assisting in organization-wide cycle activities, such as framework review, risk assessments, training, testing, and crisis management plan maintenance.
You will also develop partnerships with divisional representatives for reporting and mitigation measures. Additionally, you will support training and community engagement campaigns.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in business continuity management, corporate governance, or operational excellence programs. They will be proficient in M365 tools and possess strong communication and teamwork skills.
Key qualifications include:
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in M365 tools
- Confident, adaptable, and team-oriented
- Strong command of spoken and written English
- Basic knowledge of ERM and BCM standards
