About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and organized HR Operations Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR department, including attendance reporting, overtime management, and leave tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attendance Management: Prepare and maintain attendance reports, ensuring all employee records are up-to-date.
- Overtime Reports: Generate and manage overtime reports, tracking hours worked and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Leave Reports: Assist in tracking and managing employee leave records, maintaining accurate leave balances.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors for office maintenance services.
Requirements:
- Education: Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: At least 6 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within an HR or office environment.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
