Senior Executive, Performance Marketing Specialist

With Sephora's ambitions in Asia, and the combined strength of retail & digital channels, this role represents an exciting opportunity to develop and own performance marketing strategy for the marketing. You will look after the Malaysia and Hong Kong markets, across multiple channels such as Google, Facebook, TikTok and more.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own the strategy and execution of paid campaign strategy including budget planning, optimizing, testing, reporting etc with the goal of driving revenue as well as customer acquisition
* Work closely with local, regional marketing teams, partner brands and other internal teams (i.e.: Ecommerce, Design, Production, Onsite, CRM, Business Intelligence, Data, Merchandising) to drive commercial campaigns
* Work closely with dedicated teams at vendors (Google, Facebook, Affiliates etc) to ensure digital practices are in place for optimal account performances
* Use data extensively to drive efficiencies in performance marketing (using Big Query, Google Analytics, Appsflyer data etc)
* Provide analytical solutions to improve decision-making on various channels
* Identify and explore innovative ways to drive performance through continuous tests and experiments of ad formats, mechanics, targeting and user funnels etc
Requirements:
* At least 2-3 years of proven and hands-on Performance Marketing experience in Ecommerce, with a track record of driving revenue and growth
* Knowledge and experience working on platforms like Google and Facebook is a must, other platforms like Affiliates (Impact), TikTok, or Martech tools are a plus
* Strong interpersonal skills to develop influential and collaborative relationships with various internal and external stakeholders
* Analytical and comfortable with numbers, with the ability to gather actionable insights and make strategic recommendations
* Proficiency in SQL/Big Query or Javascript is a plus
