We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive, Performance Marketing to join our dynamic Growth Marketing Team at Sephora SEA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue and growth through data-centric decision-making and innovative marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute paid campaign strategies across multiple channels, including Google, Facebook, TikTok, and more.
- Work closely with local and regional marketing teams, partner brands, and internal teams to drive commercial campaigns.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure digital practices are in place for optimal account performance.
- Analyze data to drive efficiencies in performance marketing and provide analytical solutions to improve decision-making.
- Identify and explore innovative ways to drive performance through continuous tests and experiments.
- At least 2-3 years of proven Performance Marketing experience in Ecommerce, with a track record of driving revenue and growth.
- Knowledge and experience working on platforms like Google and Facebook is a must, with other platforms like Affiliates (Impact), TikTok, or Martech tools being a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills to develop influential and collaborative relationships with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Analytical and comfortable with numbers, with the ability to gather actionable insights and make strategic recommendations.
