About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strong understanding of digital marketing and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies. As a Regional Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through the development and execution of effective SEM campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement SEM strategies that align with business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Manage and optimize paid search activity across multiple accounts and campaigns.
  • Provide on-time reporting to clients on key metrics and agreed KPIs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement integrated marketing strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and SEM.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years' experience in a digital marketing role with a focus on SEM.
  • Google Ads Search & Google Ads Fundamentals Certification.
  • Experience in running high-volume campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, App, Video, etc.), Bing Ads, and Apple Search.
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail around data, insights, and actions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work within and effectively manage a team.
