Estimator and Contract Administrator

As a key member of our team, you will assist in the management of interior fit out works. This includes assisting in the tender process, awarding subcontracts, negotiating with subcontractors on pricing, and drafting Letters of Agreement or Purchase Orders.
- Key Responsibilities:
- To assist Manager to tender for interior fit out works
- To assist Manager to award subcontracts
- To assist Manager to negotiate with subcontractors on pricing
- To draft Letters of Agreement or Purchase Orders as required
