Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Estimating and Contract Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cost estimation, contract management, and negotiation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates for tenders and contracts.
  • Manage and coordinate the preparation of bid documents and proposals.
  • Lead negotiations with subcontractors and vendors to secure favorable pricing and terms.
  • Monitor and control project costs, identifying potential risks and opportunities for cost savings.
  • Collaborate with technical and project management teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or business administration.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in estimating and contract management, preferably in the marine industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally, as required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MSc in a relevant field, such as engineering or business administration.
  • Professional certifications, such as CPE or CAPM.
  • Experience working with project management software, such as MS Project.
  • Fluency in multiple languages, including English and another language commonly used in the marine industry.
