Job Title: Estimation Specialist

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Estimation Specialist to join our team. As an Estimation Specialist, you will be responsible for preparing and managing tenders and contracts.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare tender documents and manage the tender process from start to finish.
  • Undertake cost analysis for projects and identify areas for cost savings.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize costs and enhance value for money.
  • Manage all costs relating to projects and ensure they are within budget.
  • Adhoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD.
  • Strong knowledge of construction and quantity surveying principles.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
