Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Estimating Specialist to join our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and prepare tender documents, as well as generate bill of quantities (BOQ) for construction projects.
  • Conduct on-site details estimating, including measurement and quantity take-off for various materials and resources.
  • Evaluate subcontractors and suppliers to ensure compliance with established standards and best practices.
  • Prepare request for quotation (RFQ) documents for procurement and manage the evaluation process.
  • Analyze costs and make recommendations for value engineering to optimize project outcomes.
  • Generate letters of award (LOA) and variation orders (VO) in accordance with project requirements.
  • Issue contractual documentation as needed.
