Job Title: Senior Estimator and Contract Administrator ">
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Estimator and Contract Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on cost estimation, contractual claims, and cost control measures.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement cost estimates for construction projects; ">
- Analyze and resolve contractual claims in a timely and efficient manner; ">
- Implement effective cost control measures to ensure project budgets are met; ">
- Sources quotes from suppliers and vendors, negotiate prices and terms; ">
- Evaluate and certify sub-contractors' progress payments; ">
- Attend meetings to capture variation claims and prepare interim valuations; ">
Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 1 year of experience in calculating Carpentry related quantities, as well as excellent communication and negotiation skills.
