About the Role:
This role involves preparing and analyzing cost comparisons, obtaining quotations from suppliers, and negotiating with subcontractors. The ideal candidate will have experience in contract administration, variation orders, and QS related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze cost comparisons for projects;
- Obtain quotations from suppliers and negotiate contracts;
- Manage and administer contracts, including variation orders;
- Measure quantities and take off;

Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in Building or equivalent;
- 3 years and above experience as QS in main-con companies;
- Proven ability in contract negotiation, administration, and variation orders;
- Ability to work independently, be meticulous, analytical, and solve problems effectively;
