Requirements

  • A degree in Building or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor (QS) in a main-construction company.
  • Proven ability in contract negotiation, contract administration, and variation orders.
  • The ability to work independently, be meticulous, analytical, and have excellent problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive approach, with excellent communication and team player skills.
  • The ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
