**Job Description:**

We are seeking a seasoned operational manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of 3-4 food and beverage outlets. As a dynamic leader, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination between front-of-house and kitchen teams, maintaining high standards of service and operational efficiency, and driving profitability across all assigned stores.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead and motivate store managers and team members to deliver exceptional service and meet performance targets.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards, hygiene regulations, and company operating procedures.
  • Manage staffing needs, scheduling, and labor cost control across outlets.
  • Monitor inventory, purchasing, and stock control to minimize waste and cost.
  • Analyze store performance data and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and operational challenges in a timely and professional manner.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B management, including experience managing multiple outlets (3–4 preferred).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, coach, and motivate diverse teams.
  • Hands-on experience in both front-of-house and kitchen operations. Cooking experience is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, sales forecasting, and P&L management.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene practices, and standard operating procedures.
