Operations Manager for Food and Beverage Outlets

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across multiple outlets.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of kitchen and/or front-of-house operations, excellent communication and decision-making skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Developing SOPs: Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for food preparation, food handling, and food storage to ensure strict compliance with regulatory food safety requirements.
- Inventory Management: Streamline and manage inventory to reduce food wastage and optimize cost control.
- Supply Chain Management: Source for and liaise with food producers/suppliers to ensure consistent and quality supply to our outlets at competitive cost.
- Training and Development: Develop and implement SOPs for food service and customer-service training to ensure high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Performance Targets: Meet monthly sales/revenue and cost control targets in collaboration with Executive/Head Chefs and Restaurant Manager/Outlet In-Charge.
- Staff Development: Develop staff training modules or systems to enhance productivity in collaboration with HR Manager.
- Foot Traffic Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive increasing footfall to the outlets in collaboration with Marcom department.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of relevant working experience in the F&B industry and be proficient in Microsoft Excel, email, and other MS Office applications. Bilingual in English and Chinese is an advantage.
