The specific duties of an Operations Manager include formulating strategy, improving performance, procuring material and resources and securing compliance.

Individual to be involved in:
1)Plan, forecast and execute food and beverage orders

2)Process customer complaints patiently

3)Plan alternative recipes for customers with special dietary needs

4)Check food and beverage supplies and place orders when needed

5)Track and order shipments

6)Communicate and build strong relationships with vendors

7)Adhere to food, health and safety standards

8)Plan, hire, train, oversee and manage the members of staff

9)Oversee and supervise the welcoming of customers

10)Always strive towards an exceptional customer experience

11) Acquire knowledge of our brand and its products, ensuring that company and brand service standards are consistently upheld.

12) Be familiar with SOPs in preparation of all products and oversee in the managing of daily operations of outlets. To ensure all SOPs are consistently maintained in all the outlets.

13) Working with the platforms on various marketing campaigns in order to improve our sales.

14) Devise strategies for brand and product awareness and execute social media marketing campaign.

15) Implement all new SOPs whenever there are new or changes to our products to all outlets as directed by management.

16) Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the management

Assigned duties may be adjusted depending on prevailing evolving needs of the company.

17) Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure food quality and standards are met
