Vantage Chem Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin & Finance Executive to join our team at VANTAGE CHEM PTE. LTD.
About the Role:This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to take on a varied range of administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and order processing.
Key Responsibilities:- Data Management: Perform data entry for company systems and maintain accurate records.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support as assigned, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Sample Preparation: Prepare and send out samples as required.
- Document Revamp: Assist in revamping documents to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Order Processing: Process orders efficiently and accurately.
- Shared Drive Maintenance: Maintain shared drive documents, ensuring easy access for team members.
- Time Management: Demonstrate good time management skills, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- Independence: Work independently in a fast-paced environment, taking initiative when needed.
- MS Office Proficiency: Be proficient in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel.
- Education: Hold a GCE 'O' / 'A' / Diploma or relevant qualification.
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm.
- Salary: S$2,000 - S$2,500 per month.
- Start Date: Immediate start available.
- Location: Sunset Way, Clementi.
- Financial Rewards: Receive a 13th month AWS and bonus.
