Job Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular home visits to guide and support caregivers in parenting, child development, and family well-being.
  • Build trusting relationships with families to encourage consistent participation and learning.
  • Assess and monitor children's development and family needs through screenings and case planning.
  • Deliver evidence-based programs to enhance parent-child interaction and developmental outcomes.
  • Collaborate with community agencies for integrated family support.
  • Share insights and strategies with preschool teachers and principals to strengthen their understanding of child and family needs.
  • Ensure timely documentation, data submission, and adherence to program fidelity to achieve Key Performance Indicators.
