Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing reservation requests, ensuring accurate information is provided to guests, and resolving escalated concerns. You will also monitor guest satisfaction levels and feedback to improve service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage reservation operations, including checking reservation records and data entry in the property management system.
  • Monitor room sales and booking pick-up rates for management reporting.
  • Verify room inventory and availability of room types and rates on booking platforms.
  • Analyse reservation forecasts by reviewing seasonal and historical trends.
  • Create sales opportunities by guiding the team on positive selling approaches and identifying new contacts.
  • Manage human resources, finance, and continuous improvement by implementing innovation, productivity, and technology enhancement plans.
