Job Title: Insurance Manager/Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Insurance Manager/Specialist to join our team at Marsh Management Services Singapore Pte Ltd. As an Insurance Manager/Specialist, you will be responsible for managing insurance programs for our clients, providing expert advice on risk management and insurance solutions, and developing strong relationships with clients and brokers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage insurance programs for clients, including underwriting, claims, and risk management
  • Provide expert advice on risk management and insurance solutions to clients and brokers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and brokers
  • Conduct research on various markets and industries to identify growth opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with professional counterparts at client organizations
  • Attend and participate in industry events and conferences to build up a strong professional network

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in insurance or a related field
  • Prior experience in underwriting or claims preferred
  • Attained minimum Certificate in General Insurance (CGI) or equivalent
