This is a senior leadership role requiring strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in engineering or business and 10 years of customer account or program experience in the aerospace industry.
Key Responsibilities- Manage key strategic customer accounts driving benchmark satisfaction levels.
- Establish service levels and manage suppliers to customer expectations.
- Strategic & contractual management of key customer accounts.
- Own, maintain and drive action items for assigned customers to achieve strategic objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or business or related field.
- 10 years of customer account or program experience in the aerospace industry.
