Job Title: Strategic Relationship Manager
Job Description
The primary goal of this role is to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met through effective campaign management and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute redemption and engagement campaigns to drive customer loyalty and retention.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement a robust communication plan for credit card customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing queries and investigating platform vendors as needed.
- Prepare and perform regular reconciliations of financial reports, invoices, and statements.
- Participate in projects aimed at enhancing the digital experience and touchpoints for customers.
Requirements
- A minimum diploma or degree in business, marketing, or accounting, coupled with relevant experience.
- In-depth understanding of the Singapore credit cards market.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to map out processes in a structured manner and multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, including familiarity with vlookup and pivot tables.
- Tenacious, resourceful, and eager to learn, with excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coordination and campaign management skills, with attention to detail and a results-driven approach.
- Able to work well under deadlines and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
