This role will report to the Head and be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing strategic projects across Singapore.
You will:
- Drive strategic planning efforts to align projects with organizational goals and priorities.
- Develop and present business cases to support project initiatives, ensuring clear articulation of benefits, costs, and risks.
- Lead end-to-end project management for strategic initiatives including scope definition, project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their objectives, requirements, and transformation agenda, and leverage agile principles to facilitate continuous improvement and iterative delivery.
- Develop and maintain project strategy documents, timelines, and budgets to ensure project success.
- Establish a Program Management Office structure, reporting framework, templates, channels, and cadence to effectively monitor progress, identify areas for improvement, and keep key stakeholders informed.
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment and buy-in through effective communication, negotiation, and influence strategies.
- Manage and monitor project progress, establish and track key performance indicators, and ensure project milestones are met, on time, and within scope.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing any issues that may impact project timelines or quality.
The ideal candidate should have strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
