We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Project Coordinator to join our team.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate and execute projects from inception to completion. The successful applicant will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets and resource allocation
  • Coordinate and manage project meetings, progress updates and reporting
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Business
  • 1-2 years' experience in project coordination or management
  • Excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Strong analytical and administrative skills
  • Prior experience with Agile methodologies is an asset
