Strategic Project Coordinator

Our organization seeks an experienced Strategic Project Coordinator to lead our projects in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Development and Scheduling : Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
  • Project Coordination : Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, and sub-contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Design and Documentation Management : Handle design for Electrical and ELV works, ensuring client requirements are met.
  • Progress Reporting and Updates : Prepare Progress Claims, Materials Submissions, Risk Assessments, Progress Reports, Shop Drawings & As Built Drawings for projects.
  • Risk Mitigation and Prevention : Forecast and anticipate potential issues, eliminating risks through proactive measures.
