Job Title: Strategic Projects Coordinator

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Strategic Projects Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing strategic projects across various departments, ensuring alignment with institutional goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct research, data modelling, and scenario analysis to support decision-making and future planning.
  • Partner with HR to enhance systems, policies, and staff engagement, with a strong focus on workforce development and organisational wellbeing.
  • Support campus development planning, vendor management, and operational efficiency in core services.
  • Collaborate on financial modelling, investment strategies, and tuition planning to optimise resources.
  • Prepare high-impact reports, presentations, and proposals for leadership, boards, and donors.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree level in Business/ Public Administration/ Educational Leadership or related studies.
  • 5 - 6 years of working experience in strategic planning, consulting, operations, finance, or education administration preferably with large organisation.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Comfortable working independently on complex tasks and thriving in a collaborative, high-performance team environment.
