Talent and Learning Specialist

Are you a skilled professional with expertise in talent development? We're seeking an experienced Talent and Learning Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of regional talent pools, next-gen talent programs, and collaboration with regional and country Centers of Excellence. As a subject matter expert and ambassador for talent development, you will ensure alignment with regional talent strategy and drive the end-to-end management, implementation, and continuous improvement of talent strategies across 13 countries.

APAC Talent Development Strategy Execution:
  1. Manage engagement and development of APAC Talent Pools and Next Gen Talent (including Graduates / Scholarship programs in Singapore).
  2. End-to-end management and delivery of the Next-Gen Talent strategy: attraction campaigns, assessments, selection, and development.
  3. Support deployment of global/regional talent initiatives - Internal Talent Mobility & growth platforms for APAC.
  4. Collaborate with country HR teams to ensure consistent practices and identify talent gaps.
  5. Coordinate leadership development programs and learning interventions.
  6. Create communication materials for HR initiatives / internal communication platforms.
  7. Collaborate between Global, regional and country Subject Matter experts to bring best practices to our APAC region.
Talent Analytics & Reporting:
  • Manage and maintain talent pool data and dashboards (Power BI).
  • Analyze trends to inform engagement and development strategies.
  • Prepare reports and presentations on talent metrics and outcomes.
  • Advise on learning interventions aligned with future skills / workforce needs.
Budget & Vendor Management:
  1. Manage the regional talent development budget, ensuring efficient allocation and tracking.
  2. Coordinate cross-charging to countries for shared programs and platforms.
  3. Oversee vendor selection, contracting, and partnership development.
