  • Digital Learning Solutions: Develop and implement digital learning solutions that meet the needs of our employees and support business objectives.
  • Training Effectiveness: Measure the effectiveness of training programs and provide insights for improvement.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of experience in instructional design, eLearning, and Learning and Development for mid-to-large organizations.
  • Skills: Proficiency in learning management systems, preferably SAP SuccessFactors Learning, and strong communication, presentation, problem-solving, and project management abilities.
  • Certifications: ACTA certification is a plus, especially with experience in manufacturing or semiconductor industries.
