Job Title: Senior Manager, Learning and Development
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Learning and Development to drive our learning agenda and leadership development initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for formulating and implementing people strategies and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and refresh learning policies and guidelines in line with our organisation's learning philosophy.
2. Drive the Competency Driven Growth (CDG) framework to guide learning and growth based on current and future functional competencies.
3. Equip reporting officers to conduct CDG and career conversations with staff using the Career Development Plan tool.
4. Monitor and assess the impact of our learning and development strategy and initiatives on organisational outcomes.
5. Manage the learning budget and invoices.
Leadership Development:
1. Design and drive the Leadership Competency Framework (LCF) with 360 and other leadership development tools.
2. Plan, conduct and follow through Leadership Conversation Series (LCS).
