Job Summary

DBS Bank Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Learning and Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering learning solutions that support our business strategic priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement learning strategies that align with our business goals and objectives
  • Design and deliver training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to drive learning agendas and strategic programs
  • Manage and lead the development of learning content and materials
  • Collaborate with other teams to build and embed future-oriented capabilities
  • Evaluate and assess the impact and effectiveness of learning programs
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to stakeholders on program implementation and progress

Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to provide independent and objective advice to key stakeholders
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to represent quantitative information in a visual form
  • Effective team player with strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • Can-do attitude with a willingness to roll up sleeves to solve process and operational problems
  • Excellent working attitude with strong work ethics and commitment to meeting deadlines
  • Possesses a growth mindset, is agile and adaptable, and willing to learn from lessons learned
  • Experience in change management, leading regional learning projects or programs, and vendor negotiations and management
  • Degree holder with at least 10 years of Learning and Development experience
