
Front Office Support Specialist

The Front Office Support Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional support to our team by managing front office operations, handling visitor interactions, and maintaining a welcoming presence.
This role requires a high level of organization, multitasking, and prioritization skills, as well as the ability to maintain accurate digital records using Microsoft Excel and relevant systems.
The successful candidate will also provide administrative support for school activities, events, and examinations, while supporting school leadership by undertaking additional responsibilities as assigned.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front office operations, including handling visitor interactions, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate digital records using Microsoft Excel and relevant systems.
