Job Description
This role involves providing exceptional front office support, ensuring seamless client experiences and efficient operational processes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering first-class customer service by greeting clients, hosting events, and offering administrative assistance.
Additionally, the ideal candidate will coordinate meeting room bookings and maintain high standards of cleanliness in client areas.
They will also manage incoming calls, provide basic audio-visual support for meetings, handle tasks such as printing, photocopying, and binding, and support travel arrangements, restaurant reservations, and occasional secretarial cover.
Liaising with building management and vendors to ensure optimal office maintenance is also a key aspect of this role.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in customer-facing roles is required.
- Candidates from the airline industry are highly preferred due to their unique set of skills and expertise.
