LKCMedicine is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive to support the Years 3 to 5 examinations and assessments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer the Compulsory Assessment Forms and Quizzes across Years 3 to 5, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of examination and assessment data.
  • Manage the examination system, including processes and operations for examinations and assessments.
  • Support the implementation and review of examination policies and processes.
  • Provide support in examination administration and events.
Requirements:
  • A recognised degree in any discipline, with at least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in education administration.
  • Knowledge and understanding of examinations and assessment administration, preferably gained in a higher education institution.
  • Proficiency in statistics and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong aptitude and experience in IT and data management.
  • Resilient, meticulous and analytical.
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently under time pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
About the Role:

This is a 3-year contract appointment, providing an opportunity to make a significant impact on the examination and assessment processes at LKCMedicine.
