We are seeking a highly skilled Indian Cuisine Executive to lead our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Culinary Innovation: Develop and implement authentic North and South Indian dishes, ensuring seasonal specials and modern presentation.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily kitchen operations, guaranteeing timely preparation and seamless service delivery.
  • Leadership and Training: Hire, train, and mentor Sous Chefs, Junior Chefs, and Kitchen Assistants; set high performance standards.
  • Quality and Consistency: Standardize recipes, ensure consistent taste, portion size, and presentation throughout all menu items.
  • Cost Management: Optimize food costs, minimize waste, manage inventory rotation, and negotiate with suppliers for premium sourcing.
  • Compliance and Safety: Ensure strict adherence to SFA food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • Extensive expertise in Indian cuisines (North and South), including tandoor, curries, biryani, and breads.
  • Proven leadership experience in high-volume restaurants.
  • Menu engineering and cost control knowledge.
