Trade Floor Application Support Specialist

Unlock a new opportunity in application support as a critical professional within the trading desk.

As a key member of our team, your primary focus will be to ensure seamless operation of trading applications and provide real-time technical assistance for systems used in Fixed Income Rates Trading.

Collaborate with traders, developers, and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and escalate incidents, manage deployments, configuration changes, and environment upgrades, maintain documentation and knowledge bases for supported systems, participate in incident management and post-mortem analysis to drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with operational risk and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support trading applications used by Fixed Income, Equities, FX, and Derivatives desks
  • Monitor system performance and resolve issues proactively before they impact trading
  • Collaborate with traders, developers, and infrastructure teams to troubleshoot and escalate incidents
  • Manage deployments, configuration changes, and environment upgrades
  • Maintain documentation and knowledge bases for supported systems
  • Participate in incident management and post-mortem analysis to drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure compliance with operational risk and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in application support within a financial services or trading environment
  • Strong understanding of trade lifecycle and front-office workflows
  • Proficiency in scripting and SQL
  • Familiarity with market data feeds, FIX protocol, and messaging systems
  • Experience with Linux/windows systems and basic networking concepts
  • Strong understanding and knowledge of support tools – e.g., monitoring, scheduling, and service management

This role is based in Singapore.

Valid work authorization is required.
