Job Title: Clinical Product Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Product Specialist to join our team at Transmedic. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing clinical support and training to medical professionals on our medical equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert clinical support and troubleshooting of medical equipment to doctors, nurses, and other key opinion leaders.
  • Assist medical professionals in becoming familiar with our medical equipment, including its merits, proper clinical procedures, and usage.
  • Organize and conduct training sessions, including on-site and on-the-job training, to educate health professionals on our products.
  • Answer queries related to our product range and communicate technical details and functions effectively.
  • Monitor and promote the utilization of our products.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales quotations.
  • Assist in analyzing buyer profiles to enhance sales channel performance.
  • Participate in training opportunities to stay updated on product knowledge and market trends.
  • Participate in case reviews, attending procedures in operating rooms as needed.
  • Identify business opportunities and develop strategic accounts.
  • Establish strong relationships with key opinion leaders to promote our products.
  • Work closely with principals to stay informed about new technology and devices in the General Surgery department.
  • Participate in promotional activities to increase product awareness in the market.
  • Develop and implement plans for our product line, making recommendations for the current product pipeline.
  • Actively participate in workshops and trainings to gain in-depth understanding of technologies and devices.
  • Hold credible dialogue with surgeons, consultants, and key decision-makers.
  • Ensure consistent sales growth and provide high-quality care and attention to customers throughout the sales and service process.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues from other departments to ensure a smooth sales process.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Nursing, Biomedical, Biotechnology, Biology, Medical Science, TCM, or Science.
  • Experience in sales of medical devices, preferably in the cardiac department.
  • Able to travel overseas if required.
  • Able to work overtime as and when required, including weekends.
  • Comfortable supporting cases in Operating Theatres.
