Product Audiologist

At WS Audiology, we're committed to delivering exceptional hearing care solutions. As a Product Audiologist - Clinical Support Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing comprehensive training and support to audiologists and technicians in public hospitals
• Collaborating with sales managers and senior audiologists to address customer inquiries and technical questions related to our products and services
• Conducting hearing evaluations, recommending hearing aids or assistive devices, and fitting them for patients
• Educating patients on hearing aid use and care, and troubleshooting any issues
• Working closely with the regional clinical excellence team on projects and collaborating with product management, marketing, and customer service for product launches and ongoing support
• Participating in product launch events and customer demonstrations to showcase product features and benefits

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Audiology/Masters in Audiology
• 3-5 years of clinical experience
• Relevant experience in product training and clinical support is advantageous
• Proficient in English and Mandarin
