Job Title: Payroll and HRIS Executive

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our payroll processing and maintaining our HR Information Systems (HRIS). Your primary focus will be on supporting the monthly payroll processing, maintaining accurate employee data, and ensuring system functionality. You will work closely with our HR teams and employees to resolve technical issues and provide support for system upgrades, testing, and new feature implementations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary education in business administration, Human Resources or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in payroll processing for both white-collar and blue-collar employees and HRIS, HR operations or HR analytics
  • Familiarity with vendor payroll systems and HRIS platforms
  • Understanding of HR processes, payroll systems, and compliance requirements
