Event Conceptualiser

We are seeking a driven and resourceful individual to join our team as an Event Conceptualiser.

In this role, you will conceptualise, plan, and deliver diverse events that foster community and engagement.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Plan, organise, and deliver innovative events, activities, and courses.
  • Work with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth execution.
  • Oversee logistics such as venue booking, vendor management, programme flow, and member engagement.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Develop and manage annual events calendar aligned with organisational objectives.
  • Monitor event costs for cost-effectiveness.
  • Enhance member engagement through high-level service delivery at events and activities.

About You:

  • Diploma/Degree holder with 2–3 years of relevant experience in event planning, lifestyle/recreation, or hospitality.
  • Proven track record in managing events from concept to execution.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Creativity and passion for developing new and innovative event concepts.
  • A keen understanding of customer service principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Positive, proactive, attitude with adaptability and eagerness to learn new skills and technologies.
