Job Title

The Sports and Lifestyle Coordinator will oversee the planning and execution of sports and lifestyle activities.

  • Develop marketing strategies to promote the section/department.
  • Propose new activities for the department.
  • Manage day-to-day administration and operations of sport & lifestyle facilities.
  • Provide customer service support to members on programs and activities.
  • Process monthly billing incurred by members for activities.
  • Support relevant Standing and Sub-committees with administrative duties.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree in Events Management, Sports Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in planning and executing successful events.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Resourceful, independent, and a team player with a positive attitude.

We are seeking self-driven individuals who demonstrate integrity, teamwork, and a proactive approach in delivering excellent service to stakeholders. They should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate sports and lifestyle activities.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of facilities.
  • Support customer service inquiries.
