Position: Lifestyle Manager

We are seeking a Lifestyle Manager to join our growing company. This role requires a highly resourceful, detail-oriented, and service-driven individual who thrives on problem-solving and creating exceptional experiences.

Schedule:

  • Monday–Thursday in Australia; please confirm local time in your city

Our headquarters are in San Diego, but remote applicants are welcome.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel Coordination : Researching and booking flights, hotels, car services, rentals, and curated activities.
  • Entertainment Planning : Securing dinner reservations, shows, concerts, and VIP event access.
  • Vendor Recommendations : Sourcing and coordinating vetted service providers such as chefs, nannies, doctors, auto detailers, and more.
  • Retail & Gifting : Recommending, purchasing, and sourcing specialty items, luxury gifts, and flowers.
  • Errand Facilitation : Overseeing day-to-day tasks such as grocery shopping and car servicing.
  • Request Management : Logging and tracking member requests within our system.
  • Trend Awareness : Staying current on the latest travel, hospitality, and lifestyle trends.
Required Experience
  • Minimum 2–3 years in luxury concierge, lifestyle management, or personal/executive assistant roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with high-net-worth individuals or C-level executives.
  • Proven success in handling multiple complex requests simultaneously with accuracy and discretion.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with impeccable attention to detail.
  • Tech-savvy with comfort using scheduling platforms, booking systems, and productivity tools.
