
Property and Lifestyle Operations Manager

**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a proactive and service-focused Property and Lifestyle Operations Manager to oversee the management of multiple private residences and select commercial spaces. This role combines estate and office operations, renovation oversight, vendor and lease management, and high-touch lifestyle services tailored to the owner’s preferences.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and presentation of multiple private residences and select commercial spaces.
- Conduct proactive site assessments to identify and resolve maintenance or operational issues.
- Schedule and supervise routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections of key systems (e.g., air conditioning, lighting, pool, garden, pest control, AV, and security).
- Source and evaluate new office spaces; manage lease negotiations, landlord relations, and documentation.
- Supervise interior fit-outs and renovation works, liaising with interior designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure alignment with the owner’s vision, budget, and timeline.
- Track project milestones through regular site visits and report progress to the owner.
- Organise and manage high-end events, including private dinners, social gatherings, and entertainment experiences.
- Oversee guest hospitality, including travel arrangements, accommodations, and on-site hosting.
- Coordinate in-home wellness experiences such as massage therapy and similar services.
- Maintain a comprehensive calendar of property services, appointments, and events.
- Manage budgets for each property and office, handle payments, and track expenses with accuracy.
- Provide personal concierge support and handle ad hoc tasks as requested by the owner.
**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury estate management, lifestyle concierge services, or high-end hospitality.
- Proven success in managing both residential and commercial renovations projects.
- Experience sourcing and overseeing leased office spaces, including negotiations with landlords and managing fit-out works.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate vendors across multiple locations.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Highly discreet, dependable, and service-oriented, with a hands-on, adaptable mindset.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required, with flexibility for travel across properties.
