Founded in 2015 and based in Singapore, Charlotte Puxley Flowers is a floral studio committed to redefining interiors through floral architecture and cultivating a deeper appreciation for nature. From this vision emerged Ida's Events Space and Bar—a sophisticated, versatile venue designed as a blank canvas for creativity. Offering a highly customisable setting, Ida's transforms each occasion into a distinctive and memorable experience that reflects clients vision.

Ida's Events Executive

As an Events Executive, you will be reporting to Ida's Head of Events and be responsible for coordinating and organizing client events

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a secondary point of contact for clients, addressing requests and escalating issues when necessary.
  • Plan and execute on-ground client activations and events, such brand launches, weddings, private dinners and lifestyle for a venue perspective.
  • Preparation of events logistics with appointed caterers, in-house bar and any other appointed 3rd party vendors.
  • Coordinate and manage part-time manpower for event support, if/when needed.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as event documentation, scheduling, and post-event feedback.
  • Host and guide client viewings at Ida's, creating a warm and welcoming experience while showcasing the space and its features.
  • Contribute ideas to improve guest experiences and event operations.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements

  • 1.5 – 2 year experience in event management.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Attention to detail to ensure a seamless event.
  • Flexible schedule – willing to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
  • Positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time (including weekends depending on event schedule).
