
Lead Sales Expansion Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Business Growth Specialist to drive expansion in our Manufacturing Test segment.
- Collaborate with sales teams, application engineers, and solution partners to exceed annual sales targets.
- Identify and develop business opportunities, providing critical information and support for the sales force.
- Analyze market trends and data to create strategic market analysis presentations.
- Provide pricing information, communicate schedule changes and product enhancements as needed.
- Monitor and resolve shipping, scheduling, and prioritization challenges for customers.
- Perform short-term sales forecasting for designated product lines.
- Closely collaborate with field teams to compete effectively in the region.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Experience in sales, business development, marketing, and custom applications.
- Proficiency in factory automation and big data analytics is an asset.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions and regions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and goal-oriented skills.
