Job Description

As a seasoned service delivery expert, you will oversee the daily operations of soft services and food service functions, ensuring exceptional standards of service delivery to clients.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team in the Tuas West Region, delivering high-quality services that meet client expectations.

  • Lead and motivate teams to deliver exceptional service
  • Develop and implement operational plans to meet client requirements and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Monitor and report on service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
  • Liaise with clients to understand their needs and ensure they are satisfied with the services provided
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior service delivery or management role
  • Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to deliver high-quality services
  • Strong operational and project management skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and monitor multiple tasks and activities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders
  • Proficient in the use of relevant software and technology to support service delivery and reporting
