Senior IT Service Delivery Manager

As a senior IT professional, you will be responsible for leading and managing IT services based on the service catalogue.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver and manage IT services to ensure timely solutions and project completion aligned with strategic plans and service level agreements.
- Monitor IT service management processes and act as a problem solver when needed.
- Lead the team by setting performance targets, developing skills, and fostering growth through training and feedback.
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, end users, suppliers, and partners to optimize service delivery.
- Oversee financial aspects of contract management and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent experience.
- At least five years' experience working in IT service delivery.
- Strong track record of consistently delivering IT services with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with business stakeholders and end users.
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL Foundation, Lean Six Sigma, Microsoft Workplace, and leadership training are preferred.
