Key Responsibilities
  • Manpower Planning and Analytics
    • Partner with relevant departments to design and develop a comprehensive Manpower Planning Tool, integrating various data sources and planning parameters to optimize manpower establishment.
    • Investigate the potential for standardizing Institution manpower planning templates across all Job Groups, enabling scalability and efficiency.
    • Engage with diverse stakeholders to understand operational planning needs, driving adoption and influencing the development of effective tools.
  • Strategic Workforce Planning
    • Collaborate closely with the Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP) committee to gain insight into long-term planning, supporting the cluster's expansion and growth demands.
    • Participate in the annual manpower budgeting process, working closely with the team lead to leverage the manpower planning tool and inform budget decisions.
  • Performance Management
    • Define and track key performance indicators, measuring progress toward desired business outcomes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to achieve optimal results.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field such as Finance, Statistics, Human Resources, Economics, or a related discipline.
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR, with a preference for candidates having experience in Manpower Planning.
  • Proven ability to multitask, work under pressure, and prioritize tasks effectively to meet tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Familiarity with machine learning techniques is desirable.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with stakeholders.
