Job SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Officer to join our Wholesale Operational Readiness Centre, supporting Cash Management/Trade Finance/Loans/Channels Operations Centres. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing technology changes, reviewing requirements from an end-user perspective, and ensuring effective testing, training, and documentation.
Key Responsibilities- Understand business requirements and functional specs documents
- Learn and master TOSCA tool for software testing
- Drive testing delivery as per the test strategy and test plan
- Create instances in TOSCA for multiple test data combinations
- Perform exploratory test case execution and report issues via Jira
- Conduct training to impacted operations and/or business users
- Provide post-implementation support to operations users
- Bachelor's degree/Diploma holder
- Prior experience in manual or automation testing, preferably in Supply Chain or trade finance projects
- Operations experience in Cash Management/Trade Finance/Loans/Channels operations
- Proficient computer skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and in a team
