Job Title

The Singapore Public Service has a vital need for strategic learning and development. A Learning & Development Specialist will play a key role in driving this agenda.

This position involves conceptualising, designing and delivering training interventions in HR topics such as identifying learning needs, developing curriculum, creating training materials and evaluating learning outcomes.

  • Developing partnerships with public agencies to design and deliver customised L&D solutions that support their business objectives.
  • Conducting research on emerging trends and insights in HR, and translating these into engaging learning products such as articles, videos, infographics and case studies.
  • Designing and facilitating workshops, seminars and webinars on trending HR topics.
  • Analysing data and metrics to inform learning strategies and evaluate programme impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering learning sessions and workshops.
  • Designing and developing training materials and programmes.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop solutions.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of learning interventions.
